주교재 특징 본 서적은 최근 5년간의 법원사무관승진시험, 직무능력검정시험, 등기서기보채용시
험, 법무사시험 문제 중 중요 문제를 발췌하여 편집한 책이다.
법원시험에서는 특히 기출문제가 반복 출제되는 경우가 많기 때문에 본 서적은 기출 문제 풀이를 중심으로 하되, 필요한 경우에는 요약도표를 추가하여 독자 여러분의 학습과 이해에 도움이 되도록 하였다.
다만 해설을 함에 있어서는 필자의 개인적인 견해는 최대한 지양하고 오로지 등기예규나 선례, 그리고 올해 법원행정처에서 발간된 「부동산등기실무 Ⅰ. Ⅱ, Ⅲ.」 및 법원공무원교육원 출간 「부동산등기실무」 책자를 기준으로 하였음을 밝힌다.
본서를 가지고 부동산등기법을 학습하고 「법원사무관승진시험」에 대비하는 수험생에게 조금이나마 도움이 되기를 기원한다. 인터넷 동영상 강의를 이용하여 본 교재를 이해하시려는 분들은 출판사에서 안내를 받을 수 있다.
